Springfield Works
- Springfield Works is a collaboration of private and public
community agencies formed to advance workforce development in the
Greater Springfield area. It is a brand new approach to workforce
training in that it first focuses on employer needs in developing
their employees. Initially, Springfield Works is grant-funded by the
Grand Victoria Foundation.
