Quantum Growth Partnership
Leading the day-to-day effort of the Q5 initiative are the members of the Quantum Growth Partnership. These members represent investors in the Q5 initiative and are appointed by the Board of Directors of the Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce.

The Development Policy Council is leading the transformation of our area's approach to process of building, planning and growing our infrastructure systems and development policies.
