Website Sponsorships
The Chamber’s website is a vital resource for reliable business information on Springfield and Sangamon County as well as a primary source of visitor and relocation information. The Chamber website averages over 36,000 web page views per month. The page views are generated from an average of 6,000 monthly web site visits that is made up of over 4,500 unique visitors. The Chamber’s Website links potential customers directly to you, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Sponsorship packages are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Chamber Update Advertising
Position yourself among Greater Springfield’s most elite businesses as an advertiser in Chamber Update. This four color quarterly publication keeps you and your business in mind and in front of your fellow Chamber members before your competition. Partnering with The Chamber creates a positive and credible perception of your organization. Over 3,000 distributed throughout Sangamon County each quarter directly to current members, their employees and potential new Chamber members.

Member 2 Member Discount Program
Chamber member businesses have an opportunity to participate in a Member 2 Member Discount Program, which allows Chamber members to present a discount or special offer to fellow members, online through The Chamber’s website. This program offers a unique combination of promoting member to member buying, boosting sales for members and increasing member visibility. There are over 1,600 Chamber Member companies representing 60,000 employees, which results in significant purchasing power that can positively impact participating businesses. The service is free to Chamber Member businesses.

Package Mailing Program
The Package Mailing Program is a direct mail program designed for our members to reach the membership in a cost-effective and easy manner. It requires only a fraction of the work and cost of sending a bulk mailing on its own. Once a month, The Chamber organizes a mailing of flyers to members announcing upcoming Chamber events and programs as well as flyers from Chamber members. eUpdate
Approximately every two weeks, the Chamber contacts its members via email to provide them with information about upcoming events and opportunities, committee updates and other valuable information that is going on in the business community. Members can take advantage of this unique and effective communication by becoming an eUpdate Sponsor. The sponsor’s logo and ad are placed at the top of the email which can be linked to their website or event flyer.

Membership Directory & Buyer’s Guide
The Chamber publishes an annual Membership Directory & Buyer’s Guide, which is included in the April issue of the Chamber Update. The Guide is a powerful tool for business-to-business marketing. It contains a listing of Chamber members both alphabetically and by business classification. It is distributed to approximately 4,000 people representing more than 1,600 firms (the core of the corporate and business community in Springfield and Sangamon County).

Business Connections Show Guide
This 20-page show guide is featured in The State Journal-Register each spring and is used as the official guide to “The Greater Springfield Business Connections” trade show. Your ad will reach not only the Chamber’s 1,600 members but also The State Journal-Register’s Sangamon County circulation of over 43,000 and an average 2,200 show attendees.

Mailing List Purchase
If members prefer to implement their own bulk mailing, they can do so by purchasing the Chamber’s mailing list. The list is available in a self-adhesive label format or an electronic version, and includes over 2,200 names and addresses.
