Team Projects
A valuable component of the Leadership Springfield program is its team project. Participants are assigned to project teams and challenged to research the causes and effects of key community issues while identifying challenges and the short- and long-term impacts on our community.
Through creativity and problem-solving, teams explore existing solutions and programs while also proposing new ideas. They evaluate the feasibility of these proposals and consider how they could be implemented effectively.
This hands-on process strengthens participants’ leadership skills and better prepares them to serve as effective leaders within their organizations and throughout the community.
